The fare schedule is as follows:
1 person - 1 way $50.00
1 person - Roundtrip $100.00
2 people - 1 way $70.00
2 people - Roundtrip $140.00
3 people - 1 way $100.00
3 people - Roundtrip $200.00
Children 6 and under FREE
Children 7-12 - 1 way $20.00
Children 7-12 - Roundtrip $40.00
Call for groups of 4 or more.
4:00 a.m., 5:30 a.m. are Premium Runs - $50.00 per person/$80.00 for 2 people.

Reservations
We are based on reservations.

As our runs do sell out, we recommend you make your reservations as far in advance as possible.

To guarantee your seat, we do require payment at time your reservation is made. We do accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Diner's Club. Upon completion of the reservation process, you will receive a confirmation to your e-mail address.

Online reservations cannot be made within 48 hours of shuttle departures. If you wish to use the shuttle within the next 48 hours, please call 610-929-1775 or 877-RDG-2PHL to check seat availability.

To maintain the integrity of our schedules, incoming flights to Philadelphia must be scheduled to arrive in Philadelphia at least 45 minutes prior to our scheduled departure time from Philadelphia.

Services
Our van service from Reading Regional Airport to Philadelphia International runs daily except New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Our last return from Philadelphia is 12pm on the day before Easter, Christmas and New Year's Day.

Parking
Parking is free at the Reading Regional Airport.

Refunds
While Schuylkill Valley Airport Shuttle does understand that unexpected circumstances do arise, we must also maintain the integrity of our schedule.

Refunds will only be given to customers that cancel their reservations within 48 hours of making their original reservation. Customers that do not call in to cancel their reservations and do not show up for their scheduled shuttle will not be able to transfer their reservation to another shuttle or receive a refund. Customers that call to notify the office of a cancellation after 48 hours of making their original reservation will be given a credit on file to use the shuttle for the amount paid in advance at a later date and time.

Reading Departures
As an airport shuttle operating on a timetable - it is important that passengers arrive at the Reading Airport at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure. We can not delay runs due to late arriving passengers.

Philadelphia Departures
We depart Philadelphia International from an area designated as "Zone 7-Van Service," identified by a blue pylon with a "7" located at each terminal's baggage claim area.

It is your responsibility to be at "Zone 7 - Shuttle Vans" located outside each terminal's baggage claim area - at your specified time. IF YOU ARE DELAYED AND WILL MISS YOUR RETURN - PLEASE CALL 610-401-6469. Depending on your situation and our scheduling, there is the possibility that you will have to wait for the next available shuttle. To ensure we maintain the integrity of our schedule, incoming flights to Philadelphia must arrive at least 45 minutes prior to our scheduled departure time.

Our Delays
While every effort is made to ensure you arrive at Philadelphia or Reading in a timely fashion, we can not be held responsible for situations beyond our control: i.e. traffic conditions, weather conditions, equipment failures, etc.
